As per approved PC-Ⅰ the Project’s Accounts are to be maintained through Asaan assignment account for quick disposal of expenditures and the same Account was opened in 20th September, 2021 the assignment account was operational in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Cantt Branch with the authentication of Finance Department and Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The finance Department is releasing the funds out of allocated budget, Accountant General and Director Treasury is actualizing/booking the expenditure & Receipts. Monthly reports and auditable evidences is submitted to Accountant General for post audit the expenditures at the end of each month.
The Accounts Officer is responsible for recording all financials transactions of the Project, classifying, summarizing, reporting and interpreting the results of these transactions as per Govt. Rules & Regulations after approval of the Project Director.
