Introduction

This is a unique project of following the traditional steps of Settlement, through technological intervention, for construction of digitized records. Hence, its HR is a blend of traditional Revenue officials and their modern-day counter parts of GIS officials, Surveyors and Computer operators. Secondly, apart from this diversity of HR, the project also has a huge sanctioned strength of 356 officials. Therefore, there is an HR section in the project for efficient management of the hired HR. Broadly, the recruited HR can be divided into three categories.

  2. Technical Officials
  3. Support Staff

Human resource section of the project ‘Settlement of Land records in District Dir Lower, Dir Upper & Tehsil Kalm-Swat” deals the human capital, the most valued asset of the project, aims to accomplish the Project mission and goals by building and promoting a high-end professional working environment with the highest level of Human Resource services and employee satisfaction. In addition to the core HR services, the section serves as a crucial bridge between our Employees and Management to satisfy all workplace requirements. Our HR Team is committed to providing prompt, courteous, and quality support services to our employees.

Human Resources Section consists of a cooperative team of professionals dedicated members, providing service to its Staff, and Mission to develop and sustain its diverse community of talents. It strives to provide high-quality HR service. To reach this goal, we are continually looking for new and innovative ways to improve our service delivery.
